What brand equipment do you recommend using when making the wine? I am referring to the steel containers behind you in this picture? We just ordered a bottle of Lomanto and cannot wait to open it.
You can ferment in just about anything. You’ll need to match the size of the fermenter with gallonage of juice you make. There’s a website called “More Wine” that sells all of the various equipment.
