Returns

It is illegal for retailers to take wine back which is not spoiled, including Fairhaven Vineyards. We do take returns on wines which are obviously corked or flawed. In these cases, winery credit will be given towards additional purchases. If you feel your wine is flawed, it needs to be returned as soon as possible for evaluation. We do not honor returns on wines which have been improperly stored, mistreated or have been out of the store longer than 60 days.

In such circumstances, the order may be either held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
